Your occasional reminder that AltText matters.

AltText ideally describes the image /video / sound file in a way that explains what it looks like or its contents.

e.g. A cartoon mastodon holding a smartphone plus text explaining why using AltText matters!

A brief #introduction post.

I'm an #artist who makes work about #urban and contemporary life. Currently this is mostly as urban #sketching in my #artjournal (Instagram link in profile).

Before studying art, I spent many years as a programmer, analyst and finally as a solution designer, so I'm also interested in IT & tech.
