    Most of the nuclear ICBMs probably are not functional for starters... The "go bad", literally. It's the detonators for the most part, but they require constant upkeep that costs a shit-ton. And all the countries across the planet are running a massive scam on the public pretending to fight and squabble, so why wouldn't they just siphon off the money for the nuke upkeep and use it for black-projects, whores, and all the coke you can huff?

    There's probably only a handful of missiles working right now probably, if any.
