@JP_Loyalist@Pikika Fuck if I have the specs to dabble in it but can't you train it on specific artists to prevent that? I've seen a fair amount that aren't photorealistic.
@Vidmastereon@Tamamo@Immahnoob@rainignterror1080p@rlier23@supersid333 May serve as an effective filter if the tourists in regards to Soul Eater are any indication. Otherwise, I don't mind fanservice taking a backseat in lieu of an actual plot or narrative or whatever. Not like Nanoha is all cunny all the time and it can be argued that Angelic Layer...probably didn't need it at all. Probably. I just don't want it to drop off the face of the Earth, sucked into a black void, and wrapped around a magic skirt at the best of the """"""global"""""" (read: Western) market.
Anyways, once upon a time when Japan kept certain aspects of Western mores at several arms' length, titties and pantsu (whether it be lolis or...not lolis) were integrated in many a genre as both fanservice and a simple matter of course (those who watched especially older Gundam shows know what I'm getting at). First the latter went away, and then the former became an endangered species effectively quarantined into ecchi-centric products of fluctuating quality. Based on the OP of this thread, I hope to be proven wrong within this decade but I have pipe dreams of torrenting and hoarding many an ancient anime, even the subs never ever ones.
Even if my listening comprehension remains garbage I'll at least have proof that once upon a time, Japan didn't fear the tiddy.
@bleedingphoenix@Giganova8 Nyaa is also blocked by certain iSPs for about the same amount of time, but the "no registration" thing is even worse as God knows how many people buy and rip shit only with no way to feasibly share it. Hell, once upon a time e-hentai used to host a few mainstream stuff (or was just Kodomo no Jikan?) in the increasingly ancient aughts.
@Meemoo >create a blog or personal website that Twitter can't touch There used to be dozens of those in the aughts. Have even Japanese webhosts cucked out, hence Twitter?
@HarrisonG@kilostere@DerLeere >they take those grudges and hangups throughout their entire life Many such cases. Not even memeing, entire webcomics are ongoing that more or less run on pure spite at this point, which I don't think makes for good content. Least not that alone.
