@thomholwerda @aral In the U.S many hospital systems use Google Enterpise. It’s like 80K- 100K per year. Everything is E2EE and HIPPA compliant.

But usually businesses use their own domain so you’re not getting a simple @ gmail account. Hopefully they’re paying for business accounts at the very least

@elduvelle @feditips Ivory let’s you create unlimited drafts, so you could write out a bunch of toots and then publish them one after another. It’s not as intuitive as the way Toot! But it sorta has the same effect
