One of the most effective things we can start doing as a community is to begin legitimizing and normalizing independent and low/no-budget technology.

We are so used to being spoon-fed shiny marketing gimmicks as our primary way of validating technology. If we can break the paradigm that it needs to be "shiny" to be "effective" we can do anything.

Can we talk about ChatGPT replacing toxic protestant business mediocre white-guy middle management before we talk about it replacing anything else? Seriously?

I would rather report to a robot than a bro who believes that craft beer, ESPN, and a platinum american express is how to measure a culture fit for his new team called "The Ninja Beast Coders".

At least the robot can talk about art and get my pronouns right.
