👉 2022 was the year of major decisions in our long-standing cases on EU-US data transfers

👉 We filed 229 new complaints with DPAs

📊 A new analysis now shows: Because of inactive DPAs, more than 70 percent of those complaints are still pending today.

🍪Worst Cookie Banners soon gone?
A task force within the @EU_EDPB issued a draft report in reaction to our 700+ cookie banner complaints and largely support our claims. If implemented, this report could ensure minimum requirements for cookie banners:
