    Those immigrants steal whatever they can too. When we were having our new building put up for my wife and I's business we overbought flooring bc they change it alot. So I bought extra. Knowing they would try and steal it I went in the day it was delivered and caught them loading it in their trucks.

    Made them unload it all then fired them. The GC was pissed and I told him you bring another thieving spic on this job and I'll sue the shit out of you after I break your fucking arms. Had no more issues after that.

    I find it humorous when you goto a shop and it's got 3 White techs and 20 spics. All they do is break shit, fuck things up and hold wages down. When I took over as shop foreman here I ran them all off. Surprisingly I no longer have wheel end issues, torque problems or half assed work.
