I lost the adapter for my universal laptop charger to charge my main laptop, so I picked up a new set of adapters on Amazon. Suffice to say, I should be set to charge almost any laptop with the number of adapters I have.

Use phone activation for the first time tonight to activate Office XP on my XP laptop. Surprised to see it still works 20 years later. Online activation must've been dropped some time ago cause trying that method would result in nothing.

@waffle upon further research, it appears to be the chipset, so I hope you didn't fry that chip. I'd suggest picking up some of these and sticking them to the CPU and the rc2016a5.
