@foone @foone As someone who owns a device that has a USB interface that uses a damned s-video connector as a device jack, I 100% support this.

Well, I got the fax side of the printer working at least, and did a @foone -style transmission test from my mac to my fax-to-email service via the printer (I still have an arrangement with someone provide inbound) to verify this:
