@alcinnz @lightweight During this week's gathering of trainees we conducted a walk-through.
The feedback hardly touched the Python (the code (itself) worked happily), but almost exclusively related to the wording on the GUI elements, or the absence of conversation at important moments.
Important lesson learned!

@alcinnz @lightweight Is the "cut out" precisely true? #Federation shifts central hosting costs outwards. The individual instances must find their own #funding source.
Considerable effort goes into building, maintaining, and moderating instances - again #distributed cf centralised, unlikely 24/7 coverage, and easily overlooked.
