@Gargron Thx for all your efforts. I was late to the game, but later, I believe, I will still be reognized as an early adopter. More and more people understand what's it all about.

@Gargron Great work. What tools do you use? How are new albums created?

I'm still hesitant to create one. Basically because I have pretty complex ideas about what such a site should do: interface with Google Photos (my preferred photo management tool), handling all viewports (desktop, mobile) in a modern way, subscription to channels and/or tags, comments, purchase/print functionality, merchandize, etc.

Meanwhile my photography is here: @dvidschmdt (and on Facebook, Instagram and Pixelfed)

@Gargron Maybe also interesting for hashtag?!

The bottom button would allow to follow the hashtag and above there would be room for stats how popular the hashtag is.

@Gargron I feel the timeout to display the profile preview is a tiny bit too long. The UX would probably feel better w/ 500ms less.

@pixelfed I have installed Pixelfed from the Google Play Store. Will 1.0.0.46 eventually be released there?

@Gargron I like that glow at the top of the column for new content. That wasn't there before, was it?

@Gargron Additionally to light/dark, I'd prefer a "system default" setting that respects the setting of the OS. I change between light/dark during day and night time. Would be neat if Mastodon adapted automagically, like other pages do.

@pixelfed Why is the app not available from the play store?

@Gargron "as fast and intuitive" probably not a convincing argument and "container tabs" an unknown and too advanced feature.

@Gargron @dangillmor I like how easy it was to integrate Mastodon with its API in my website. And I like that I can browse through Mastodon without having the feeling that I'm lost in advertisement and algorithmic sorting.
