@aral stop buying oil then? target oil consumers? demand higher prices?
Coal is overwhelmingly more important to eliminate. Green energy requires a transition and there are unanswered questions. Global South finds something it can capitalize on, funds a transition plan, and is doing leading work on alternatives, but gets hit on the nose when they push back. Easy targets, it would require work to find the real culprits.

People buying from them have eyes fully open. You could swap him out for any number of western leaders, blatant or not. I think it's a kind of hypocritical and unexamined racism, that the Global South knows all too well. Doing the dirty work, replete with f and a bombs, to keep the global order.
