No, you are not obligated to provide evidence for your #fediblock announcement.

It's perfectly acceptable to say, "we're suspending this account/server for breaking our rules/incompatible rules" and let other admins use their own judgement if they should follow.

Be wary of those who ask for evidences as if your personal call is up for discussion with them.
