docusign has 6,000+ employees?

am I missing something?

when 400 people just got laid off affecting 6% of their employees, I can do the math. 6k+ employees.

Ok, I think docusign works fine and I use it all the time, but what do 6,000 do?

Ubuntu's owner, Canonical, to go public (see cite below). apparently not to raise money, so why? so shareholders can get money out? but then it can be purchased by another company.

So much of the open world, depends on ubuntu....
