2 And at that hour that Son of Man was named In the presence of the Lord of Spirits,
And his name before the Head of Days.
3 Yea, before the sun and the signs were created,
Before the stars of the heaven were made,
His name was named before the Lord of Spirits. -

@Xenophon @Will2Power So I'm assuming then that in your view my interpretation of the Chapter 46 passage for instance is in conflict with what you already believe to be true...so would you look for /come to another interpretation of those words or read around it??? -

@Xenophon That one potentially legitimate one book within Enoch I recently learned is the book of watchers... I ran into some internet guy use it and Jude's apparent reference to it to argue against Jesus being Michael. The latter being a position I think I have seen some people on here (on here) make...maybe you??? -

1 And there I saw One who had a head of days,
And His head was white like wool,
And with Him was another being whose countenance had the appearance of a man,
And his face was full of graciousness, like one of the holy angels.
2 And I asked the angel who went with me and showed me all the hidden things, concerning that 3 Son of Man, who he was, and whence he was, (and) why he went with the Head of Days? And he answered and said unto me:
This is the son of Man who hath righteousness,
With whom dwelleth righteousness,
And who revealeth all the treasures of that which is hidden,
Because the Lord of Spirits hath chosen him,
And whose lot hath the pre-eminence before the Lord of Spirits in uprightness for ever. -

@Xenophon @Will2Power According to the internet the book of watchers ends at Enoch 36. But there is maybe this verse within it in Enoch 10:1
1 Then said the Most High, the Holy and Great One spake, and sent Uriel to the son of Lamech,
or in a different online version
1 Then the most high declared, and the Great Holy One spoke.
I imagine the 3 fold or two fold sort of name repetitions in The Bible don't convince you generally, so I don't see this one from the book of watchers winning you over. More just interested in your thoughts on the more explicit kind of language like in those chapters of enoch that are just after the book of watchers. -

@Xenophon @Will2Power Ok...so I asked if you would interpret it differently or ignore it...your answer is more a third route where you are saying this could even be Enoch's actual vision but it is too much even for him and us to interpret it...for this thread I'm more interested in people's reaction to the apocrypha rather than debating any particular point (trinitarianism in this example or michael=Jesus heresy above)... -
