It does have an edit button. For the first thirty minutes after a post is sent.

I like its simplicity. Granted I know how to use Mastodon but I think it’s nicer for those who aren’t great with technology. It’s a simple UI, it’s simplistic and is adding new features all the time.

@PattyHankins @AncestryRoads — think of it this way, I could also say to you, why would I want to use a platform where I can’t see posts from everyone I follow who is on a different instance compared to me? I follow a number of accounts and only a handful of their posts appear and others don’t. 🤷🏻♂️ I don’t want to have more than one account, one is perfectly fine for me, so if that isn’t an option - what is?

@PattyHankins @AncestryRoads — I’m not saying you’d have to leave, but I think we could say that we ARE the product with a lot of cases: social media sites, our family trees (how much data is in that?) emails etc… as I had mentioned to somebody else on Facebook, we’re all exploring, finding what works for us. You do what works for you.
