So, Misskey is suddenly throwing a Node version error when trying to update. Even though the Node version installed is higher than the one it's expecting and it's expecting the older version or higher. And it's never been an issue before until suddenly just now???

I've been beating myself up for wasting time and not getting ahead of things a year ago. Not making moves a year ago that I am making now. However, I think it's also good that I haven't made moves until now---because, up until now, I didn't know where I was going or what I wanted. The time I spent cruising in my current company and not grinding hard in some direction allowed me the opportunity to discover what direction I need to focus on. I have focus now. I have an objective. I have something to work towards and grind towards.
