@satori Here we got a big confusion and needs to be clarified.

Remember japanese laws cannot apply to anywhere outside their country, because they are local. It's pretty much clear in their legislation.

They aren't asking to censor genitals, they are asking to set the CW accordingly if it's NSFW or not.

It's common courtesy after all, you may have people not wanting to see NSFW after all...
