Based on this (unconstitutional) statute, a person may openly carry what *could* be considered a "dangerous weapon" (which is poorly defined by statute) as long as it is not carried with the intent to injure an individual in an unlawful manner.
QED, it is legal to openly carry a CO2 less-lethal projectile/OC launcher (such as a Byrna or T4E) and in fact illegal to concealed carry such a device unless one meets the exceptions defined by statute.
