If I had to add anything to this, I would say:
We live in a world where no one knows the answer to relationships. The media constantly shows us all kinds of bad relationships, and we simply look at them with confusion and skepticism.
Men have no one to stand up for them, and women are constantly told lies and bad advice.
Men get told that they are evil if they are themselves, and women are told to be the worst version of themselves.
Men are told to submit to women and give them everything, including their own lives, while women are told to give men nothing and instead take everything from them.

I have one piece of advice for you: Men, watch anime and look for the cool guys, the strong guys, the rational guys, the guys with self-respect—the kind of guys you want to be (and no, not the prudish guy who refuses to lay his hands on a woman just because he's embarrassed of himself). It won't give you all the answers, but it's the only medium that shows any respect to you as men. and once you find someone you want to be like, look at yourself in the real world and start fixing. And don't forget to find good ways to make money so that you can have something to offer a decent woman when you find her instead of being a broke-ass loser.
As for women, I give the same advice, but with only one difference: learn to respect others and understand how they feel instead of imposing yourself and demanding constant pandering. Learn to be kind, respectful, humble, but firm and just. If you want to be strong, be strong for the right reason, not the wrong reason, and think before you act instead of losing control of yourself every 5 seconds. And most important of all, learn good things instead of attacking those who disagree with you.
Of course, my advice for men also includes being decent. but that goes without saying. and it applies to women too.

If you think I'm in no position or place to give advice, then ask yourself this question: "Who will ever care about you? the government? hollywood ? the elites? doctors ? sluts and whores? If you doubt me, then at least ask people who respect you. I think even you would appreciate respect and would be more willing to listen to people who respect you. "
