A reporter just pointed out that Matthew Miller keeps saying “full scale invasion of Rafah” v. A “limited scope invasion of Rafah,” and if America supports either one. He replied that any evacuation at all in Rafah is a catastrophe. He admits there is limited places to go and no effective way to distribute aid. Guys, I have watched this snake 🐍 for months and this is the strongest language from him yet #ceasefire 9/9

Miller is now explaining about the humanitarian pier and says its intention is mostly to supply the north (I have my doubts) but he is stressing it will not be able to supply a rafah invasion— which again is new from him. #ceasefire

Miller is reiterating that the head of the CIA is now liasing in the Middle East working on a #ceasefire frantically. He also is now “mourning the loss of every journalist in Gaza” and sharply says “now the world sees what is happening.” Good on them for recognizing that finally! 13/13

My impression from the Miller briefing is that America is sending a STRONG message that America does NOT accept a Rafah invasion and has used stronger language than ever before definitively saying it will prevent all aid from entering the south and America can not accept that. He said it will take HOURS for Israel and America to announce something.
