@finnegan thats really what it is. Leftism has the sense of "good intentions but doesn't work in practice". Why is that? From Christianity. To help the weak as a moral principle is wrong. Period. It is not how you do it. It just doesn't work. Same with world peace, love etc.

She is not very religious but simply grew up with it and it is an integral part of society.

She recognizes it is communistic however.
