New version of Cwtch is out! Really excited about this one as I've been slowly picking away at expanding on Cwtch's maximalist theming the last many months!

The first part of this culminated in making our themes loadable at runtime textfiles and giving our designer time to do a full update pass on all the themes. They've all been improved some in small ways some in big ways, and all tested for accessibility, so give them a check out.

Secondly, we've added support for images in themes and now the chat window can have a background image specified by the theme and all the built in themes have one! Just enable "Theme Images" in settings! I'm increasingly excited about all this work continuing to make Cwtch incredibly fun to just look at.

Minimal API changes but a ton of stability enhancements pulled in in the Cwtch 1.12 dev cycle!
