I mean it is what it is, and it's the reason I only played system shock much much later in my life than around its original release - it just crashed 3 seconds into the game on my machine at the time -

Hell, when I mess around with 86box I often have to adjust emulated hardware because sometimes some stuff just doesn't work on some configurations for some reason, and given the circumstances and nature of this thing, I don't really want to find out why it doesn't. -

not sure if there's too much glue, not enough, z offset is too low, temperature too low or too high or what. Hm... -
