"...featured hashtags are displayed prominently on your profile..."

I don't see #FeaturedHashtags on my own #profile page, even though I have about a dozen of them listed in the settings (link). I'm using the web interface on my #desktop and #phone. Is that feature disabled? Maybe those #hashtags only shown to others who see my page but not to me? #MastodonQuestion @feditips, maybe you know? (I looked for it on your site.)

You have to be following an account to add it to a list. Go to the account page in question and make sure you're following them. Then click the 3-dot menu to the right of their name and click the "Add or Remove from lists" option. From the popup that appears next, you can add that account to existing lists or create a new list.

To view/manage your lists, go to your own profile page then click the 3-dot menu and select the "Lists" option.

All this week, I have been unable to attach any GIF file to any of my posts or responses to other people's posts. I get a 500 error every time. I've tried different methods of uploading and different files but to no avail. Is anyone else having this problem? @feditips? @stux? Any idea what's going on?

I was a newbie not too long ago and I found the @feditips account to be really helpful. I read almost all of the FAQs on their website too. Fantastic resource.
