Preemptively putting up a #fediblock for den DOT raccoon DOT quest

Looks like a new instance by dushman of gensokyo DOT club fame. The marquee at the bottom of the page lists all of the usual scum, the admin is the usual edgelord, see screenshots

@usernameswift also doesn't seem to defederate from stuff like gab, which means that if we federate with disqordia, our posts reach those isntances too

@usernameswift just asked admin why disqordia is defederated - they have shitposter.club in their recommended instance list, which is a dumpster fire of 4channers etc.
