@dielan@RustyCrab@rher@Hoss@coolboymew Odysee is probably the closest to a viable YouTube alternative because there are a few non-political Youtubers on there unlike Bitchute where it's 90% culture war and conspiracy shit. Though their future still seems uncertain after the company behind LBRY shut down. It seems like they are now switching to a different blockchain because of it.
@ArdainianRight Sure but few go into much detail as him. Corbett has an entire podcast dedicated to solutions. Most other people say that there needs to be a "mass awakening" or that "we need to organize" without talking about what that entails and how it's going to work.
Red Ice is another outlet I listen to despite disagree with some of their views and it bothers me how they keep on saying that people need to organize and "create parallel societies" without talking about how it's going to be done.
@ArdainianRight If you just dropped your knee-jerk reaction to James Corbett, you would know that he made videos on solutions to both Blackrock and the Federal Reserve. Say what you want about him, but he is one of the few alternative media outlets that actually talks about solutions.
@PurpCat@BigDawg869789 Some are claiming that the whole trials themselves are a psyop just to get people to believe that they can get into legal trouble for questioning certain events that the government doesn't want you to question.
@BigDawg869789 It happened around the same time that Obama said he would sign the "Small Arms Treaty" at the UN which was basically an international gun control treaty.
@ryan@JustinCody The file in question is stored in a resource pack. You store it in a different resource pack and point to it. It will work as long as Minecraft supports resource packs and splash screens in separate resource packs.
@vic It's not about sitting in silence. It's about people being so sensitive to certain subjects that I'm forced to put on something else instead. Meanwhile, I'm forced to listen to literal Antifa-adjacent podcasts when riding with someone else.
What I really hate about riding in other people's cars is being forced to listen to whatever shitty radio show or podcast they turn on. Sometimes I feel like it's just an excuse to get their peers to listen to their favorite podcast, radio show, or whatever.
For example, was forced to ride in a car with a family member who claims to be mostly independent, but listens to this far-left, anarcho-communist podcast called "Behind the Bastards" and while being forced to listen to it, all that went into my mind is "the is no way this guy isn't a fed". The host openly talks about shoplifting, killing landlords, fighting fascists, and all of that under what appears to be his real name.
That was of course, an extreme example, but I can't stand listening to modern pop music garbage or neocon talk shows on the radio either. The latter is especially annoying because it's for people who think that they know the truth about everything but don't realize that they are in a limited hangout.
I know it's universally agreed upon that the driver is the one who controls the radio, but for whatever reason, that doesn't apply when I'm driving because apparently my views (and therefore the subjects I'm interested in) are too niche that they make other people feel uncomfortable, especially when women are around. I've been told by multiple people that I need to relinquish control of my radio to the front passenger because of that and I can't argue because I technically don't own the vehicle that I drive.
Imagine thinking that 25 signatures is enough for a big game publisher to revive an obscure franchise that hasn't been relevant since the Neo Geo Pocket Color.
@beardalaxy Responding to your forum post here as I don't feel like going through the hoops in signing up for RPGCodex.
I don't feel like regulation of AI generated content will happen because procedurally generated content (including music which can be used in games) has been around long before generative AI and I've never heard of any regulations on that.
@icedquinn@TURBORETARD9000@feld@djsumdog@kirby Who said it has to be him? For the longest time, I've been arguing that our best hope for space colonization is to crowdfund an open-source space colonization program.
