Account portability? Seeing is believing. Moderation "better"? Never, if money and engagement are the main drivers. Same thing with curation. This is just Twitter but decentralized.
According to me, Bluesky is trying to cannibalize Mastodon. They want the tech, not the user centric focus of Mastodon.
if it was about the user, they would've forked the dev and created something really original.
