Turns out I got it a bit high, as it's neay 900*F on the floor, and I'm looking for something closer to 750.

We're on a regular sized building lot and only have room for maybe 4 hens. We eat a fair bit of eggs, but I must feed my dogs something like 30 scrambled eggs a week.

2 TBSP cracked black pepper
2 TBSP ground ginger
