Real change requires both big, visible moves and small, consistent, subtle moves. We need the people who shout from the steps, who tear down the statues, who refuse to move from their seats

We also need all the people who subtly push systems, who subvert them, who build logistics and keep the presses running and provide safety and defense. These people are harder to see. They can’t make real change alone, but the “big movers” can’t make lasting change without them. And you can’t have too many; if you don’t know how to help, this is where.
