source hut is undergoing maintenance so i configured my laptop and desktop to be remotes over the local network and it feels like i have truly just used git for the first time

I still have a lot of work to do on making sure it's clear what the project actually *is*, in addition to the pages that are still "coming soon", but I'm feeling good about the direction and the tooling so far

As I was laying in bed last night, I was thinking about some post I saw that vaguely said “prepare now for the future of infinite AI generated art” and I came to this conclusion: the end result will be that “consumption” will be ruined, for better and for worse. It will be impossible to appreciate “art” when you can’t know if it was created by a human. Art is communication, and art is about the *process*. The only way to engage with art in that future is to create it yourself.
