@aral I see. Then after creating the server you may want to take a snapshot of it and remove the VPS. You can use this fresh snapshot to create new VPS. However I haven't figured out a way to re run cloud init on servers started that eau from the snapshot. My solution was to hop to Debian.

@aral you can install coreos on hetzner using the rescue mode.

@ParadeGrotesque @aral Vim is good, but how is chaging modes when editing text?

@ParadeGrotesque My question was, when doing heavy text editing, like in programming, where we manipulate text, not only write long sentences, we need to switch between modes to either do some commandes or insert text. So is it normal for people to keep switching between modes that induce additional keystrokes and mental modes as well, or is there a better way?

@dcc @dushman @0 This could be done inside the container itself. So making the container reproducible between builds. Even if the container build is not reproductible, the image will always be.

The idea of containers is whatever outcome you have, you just package it as an image and distribute it or move it around. Running a container regardless of its content is always the same. Upgrading it is always the same. If you mess up, you just destroy the container and start fresh.
