@coolboymew the drugstore closest to where I work has a self-checkout that was converted from a regular cash register and most of the time the workers there will try to help me out. I get that they’re just being nice but I feel really defeats the purpose since I really want to checkout discreetly whenever I go there.

@coolboymew Yeah there’s no real redeeming qualities. They pretty much killed off OW with their greed by locking heros behind the battlepass completely breaking the balance of the game and they didn’t even deliver on their (probably shitty) save the world clone. I have been avoiding them completely because of this and I wouldn’t be surprised if all of their other games have shared the same fate.

@coolboymew I think they should just focus on making the games they want to see instead of constantly shitting on stuff not meant for them (unless it’s actually super harmful). I know that kinda stuff gets a bad rep but some games with heavy lgbt influence were pretty good like A Hat In Time and I’ve heard pretty good things about Celeste just to name a couple off the top of my head.

Worth noting that there’s actually genuine reasons to shit on Blizzard, especially with that whole breastmilk controversy and the such instead of just making shit up.

@coolboymew Ironically I think this kind of behavior actually harms women more. Pretty much invalidates any women who enjoy this content and waters down any actual concerns about systematic misogyny because people will just roll their eyes and think back to this meaningless drivel.

I feel the same way about curators I pretty much just follow Vincent Vinesauce now but I never found his reviews all that helpful. I tend to forget the tab even exists unless I need to check for censorship.
