Theta Sigma@Rachael have you reported the instance to your instance admin? Have just looked at it and it’s clearly one that needs to be defederated. (Both the bits of transphobia you’ve talked about recently has been from instances completely blocked by fandom.ink, it’s probably worth flagging it to stop others getting abuse).
