Just read a story about ‘passport-bros’ and naturally the comments were full of salty men who see nothing wrong or exploitative about white men from affluent countries going abroad to certain countries specifically because they think they can find subservient women who will sleep with them there.

Of course it doesn’t mean all mixed race relationships are inherently unequal. But these are men who go abroad because ‘feminism has ruined women’ in their home country. They are looking for subservience specifically.

The fact that some women agree to such relationships to escape poverty, doesn’t make it an arrangement between equal and consenting adults.
