The shift in thought about the US Civil War being a States Rights issue to a Slavery issue was slow but accepted now. Until we realize that the Israeli-Hamas War is rooted in Religion and not some other made-up issue, and humanity rejects religion, there is no resolution. This is why no one can say anything or provide any nuance without BOTH sides attacking you. Only religion has that absolutism.

Language is ever evolving and it is only in the colonial era and into the modern era that this became a thing.
