@aral For Pleroma, it seems to be possible since at least version 2.4 (the current one is 2.5). Source: https://git.pleroma.social/pleroma/pleroma-support/-/issues/75

I recall migrating having worked since at least 2019, at least concerning followers/followed accounts, but maybe that was just doing the GDPR data export in the Mastodon instance and importing it into the Pleroma instance. Not sure about this one though, since I did it so long ago.
