Get a wilkinson blade one, it's pretty cheap (like 15 euros) and it's really good quality for the price.

I actually got "The Gooner" but this will do. It has a twisty handle at the bottom to easily remove the blade for cleaning.
I literally bought this like a year and a bit ago, and I'm still not through the five blades. They shave pretty well, though you sometimes have to go twice over below the chin to remove your neckbeard.
I smug so hard when I see plebians buy cartridge packs for like 20 pounds for five, meanwhile I can get a hundred blades for £5 -

You're still young. I'd bet most guys don't grow full beads till they're in their later twenties, earlier 30's. Don't sweat it.
