You're lucky. Most delivery services here require you to tip while placing the order, before they've even chosen a delivery person, so the delivery people know exactly how much they'll be tipped before accepting the order. Low tips lead to them not accepting the order at all, and since you tip before you order, they have no incentive to actually perform a good service. In fact, they sometimes won't bother delivering your food at all, that way they get free food and can keep the tip.

Self medicating may not be the best option but preventing someone from self medicating without giving them any actual medicine or doing anything to treat the issue they're self medicating is usually going to be a much worse option. Less effective medicine is still medicine, and simply removing the ineffective medicine will not cause a disease to go away.

Regional forms were, for a while, pretty good - in gen 7 stuff like Ninetales and Raichu were really cute and sexy, and in gen 8 some of the best mons in the entire gen were regional forms. Unfortunately, recoloring good looking mons from older gens was too hard, and gen 9's regionals were all ugly as fuck. Even in gen 8 there were some hideous ones, like the Meowth evo, and Gene Simmons' fursona.

Aside from that, imagine if after he bodysnatched Nebby, he fucked Lillie using Nebby's body. That hits a lot of other fetishes all at once, which I don't feel like going in depth into. Plus, unlike most pokemon, he's extremely dominant and is the only time in the games where a pokemon itself is the villain, showing its own agency, instead of having humans trying to use a legendary be a villain. He's not some beta cuck who gets taken advantage of by humans then maybe goes out of control, he's a dominant individual who knows what he wants and how to get it and takes charge of his own life. That gives him a lot more personality, which is sexy.

Plus Ultra Necrozma's hot as fuck on his own. And Necrozma's extremely fun to use in terms of gameplay, which endears me to him and amplifies his sex appeal. That's probably a bit weird but I get more of an emotional investment in pokemon who are fun to use and that emotional investment translates into more sex appeal, because sex is sexier when there's love involved.
