I have no idea what he's talking about, but from the data I have, my guess is, that the formula is 100% * (1 - 2^-N).

This way you'll never get more than 100%.

100% * (1 - (1 / (1 + N))) would work, too.

I doubt, that the majority of Germans even know the purpose of summer and winter time.

@lain Yup, but everybody can just use their own time already.
A company could just have their own company time for example.
Or a shop could add "Always summer time" to their opening times.
I would just use the time my PC shows me. And it already does summer and winter time automatically.

@satori What about adding data limits to every account?
If someone wasts to post more than 1GB (or lower) of content, they are required to pay a monthly fee or delete content.
This might also encourage people to upload huge files somewhere else.

@satori I was under the impression, servers could automatically mark posts from specific servers as sensitive, and since it's not required I never did it.

Does this only apply to new posts or also to already existing ones?

It would also be nice if all posts could just be marked as sensitive automatically in some way, so if something isn't sensitive, people have to explicitly unmark it.

@lain Allgemein sollte alles und jeder eine Erkennungsmelodie haben.
Videospiele haben ihre eigenen Musiken. In Spielen haben meist Orte/Charaktere ihre eigenen Musiken.
Bei Nintendo-Konsolen hat sogar der Shop seine eigene Musik (gehabt?).
In Freizeitparks hat jeder bereich eine andere Musik.
Wenn man sich mit jemandem trifft, soll man schon an dessen Musik erkennen, was das für einer ist.
