@aral @PrototypeFund Here are the rules (copied from our FAQ, you can read more on new.prototypefund.de/en): As a single developer, you are a resident of Germany, are self-employed or a freelancer and pay your taxes here.
For teams, the registered office of your GbR is in Germany, the places of residence of individual team members may be in other EU countries.
