You'll need to tell it to erase all data in about 3 different places and then also manually clear a bunch of individual fields and even then I have very little confidence even half of it is actually gone

If the goal of all these cloud-storing and otherwise data-retaining companies is to be so obnoxious and frustrating and impossible to download your things to the point where someone like me eventually just says

fuck it
I no longer even care if I lose my years of personal data
just delete me and every record of me forever
I never want to see your name or logo ever fucking again

they're doing a damn good job of it.
