The verbal abuse shit is ridiculous and insulting to women who've endured physical abuse. What's also wrong are the laws requiring doctors to report abuse for adult women, regardless of the woman's wishes. How the heck is that giving rights to women? It takes away the right of women to protect their family from legal and financial abuse by the government. It discourages abused women from getting healthcare. It also discourages family members from trying to help, because who wants to end up in the middle of legal and financial crap, because of retarded relatives?
