@iuvi Hi! You can submit enhancement requests here: https://bugs.documentfoundation.org – But of course, we're a volunteer-driven project with very limited resources. To get a new feature more quickly, you can consider helping our volunteers, or funding a developer. Thank you ☺️👍
@aner@mike Hi Mike, Aner! Yes, it'd be a cool feature to have. We get an enormous amount of feature requests, but as you know we're a volunteer-driven community project with extremely limited resources. Anyone is welcome to get involved, or fund a developer to work on it, and we can make it happen 😊 https://www.documentfoundation.org/certified-developers/
@alnotz The 500 page Base Guide is here: https://books.libreoffice.org/en/ – It's for an older version of LibreOffice, but there haven't been huge changes in the last few years. Re: BASIC, there are lots of guides on our wiki. Remember that the documentation is written by volunteers, so if you're missing something, please help us to fill the gaps 😊
@nikant Hi! LibreOffice 7.6 is now end-of-life (EOL), so we only offer 24.2 on the download page. (We're moving away from the "fresh" and "still" labels, but let us know if you still see them somewhere!)
@iamnickops Yes, not everyone has a link but you can contact the companies that employ them, or ask on the developer list: https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice – Re: structure, as we're a community open source project we don't have a rigid "structure" per se. Doers decide, and anyone is welcome to contribute or fund a developer to work on something. Technical decisions are taken by the Engineering Steering Committee: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Development/ESC – Hope that helps! 😊
@iamnickops Thanks a lot! Regarding contacting someone, we don't have "people at LibreOffice" as such, as we're not a company, but an open source community project. So filing an enhancement request on Bugzilla is a good starting point – but as mentioned, we're volunteers with extremely limited resources. If you want to get this moving more quickly, you can consider contacting and funding one of the developers here: https://www.documentfoundation.org/certified-developers/

@joachim Then please consider helping our community to make it happen, or funding a developer. We love new features too but can't make them all happen without help. Let's do it together 😊
@joachim Hi! You can submit it as an enhancement request at https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/ – But please remember, we're a volunteer-driven project with extremely limited resources. We get a huge number of feature requests but unfortunately very few people offer to help our community, or fund developers. If some people do this, we can get this feature and much more 😊
