@aral To be honest though, building a decentralized infrastructure is complicated on a technological level. However in the end I'd say it's worth it because you can not have true freedom without it.
So the complexity is not the reason to avoid this problem but to contribute to a solution of it.

@aral @gnome What might be already quite usable is using piper as text to speech software and piping marked text into it via `wl-paste` using a hotkey. Can be a bit of hassle to setup but otherwise quite useful, I assume.
