No you can't. By definition, an intelligent dishwasher is one with artificial intelligence...no matter how primitive.
You can have an intelligent dishwasher without LLMs. Simple speech/gesture recognition would improve the usability for the handicapped but voice recognition of simple commands needs the internet or a hell of a lot of memory.
I run several AI tasks on a RP2040 including gesture recognition.

There are many areas, where grating a patent, a trademark, or a copyright runs dead against that raison d'etre.
On my list of things to spend my lottery winnings on (if I ever buy a ticket) is to pick a patent that fits in that class and sue it out of existance.
