For current day tho- yea I'd say so. Aside from the Russian orthodox church all the bases of doctrine are in europe proper. -

If it isn't Christianity- what is the default euro theology?I don't really care to argue the virtues of any theology- they're all rather dubious. But i'll say HRE > the Ottoman empire in my head cannon.

Are you lamenting the loss of druidic and other native ritualistic religions or celebrating a religion that no longer has a tangible presence in its supposed birthplace.
