@antti404 @aral it depends on how the host instance is configured. Out of the box with docker, my instance doesn’t have it turned on and just crashes out if I upload video.

@christineburns @aral that horrible set of attitudes is part of the reason I was glad to leave the UK, 5 years ago. It’s accelerated since then too, from what I can tell.

I’m a white cis man, I can only imagine how awful it actually is for trans people
