Those authentically interested in inverting their sex have chosen an inopportune time to engage in this endeavor for two reasons: one, because of the aforementioned low effort troons being the face of any transsexual movement today, and two, because frankly, the technology just isn't there. Efforts to invert sex just don't work right now, so even if you feel you are in the wrong body or whatever it doesn't fucking matter because the one you have is the one you got.

In the future, there may be more effective means to go from one sex to the other, but I think that's going to come well after even broke, poor people can go from totally butt ugly to bombshell beautiful or Adonis giga Chad. It's just so far down the line, especially if you're hoping to emulate the reproductive apparatus of the opposite sex while you do so. It's a massive fucking undertaking and we're just not there yet.

People with some kind of gender dysphoria would probably do better for themselves by trying to get over the mental side of this condition than they would trying to change their body into what they want to become.
