minute@drewdevault this is super interesting, thanks. i kinda wonder what business advice you would give me :D we still need additional income to survive long-term. for example, i've been toying with the idea of a (totally optional, non-aggressive) paid cloud service for no-frills file/note sharing/backup that's maybe discounted for mnt reform customers. but i'm afraid this will be seen as rent seeking and hurt our image. or extended warranty/repair/"care" services. what's your opinion?
